In addition, students take MORS 430, "Leadership in Organizations" prior to classes in fall of the first year and SEEK 440 A, "Values and Crisis Decision Making" (0.5 credits) prior to classes in fall of the second year. Students must also fulfill the Kellogg global elective requirement.

Please note:
Students must complete a minimum of 24.5 credits over six quarters to earn the MBA and MEM degrees.
Pass/No Credit option. P/NC may not be used for required or core courses or to fulfill the requirements of a major in either degree. Students must earn an A, B or C in courses considered for a major. With the above in mind, MMM students may take two elective courses for P/NC grading.
Courses used to fulfill other MMM requirements cannot also be counted as MMM electives.
Students who wish to study off campus (in the United States or abroad) during the program must present a concrete, well-articulated plan that demonstrates how their off-campus studies will meet our curriculum requirements.
